Free Range Discussions

FREE RANGE DISCUSSIONS ARE BACK!

February 23, March 23, & June 1 - 5-6:30pm at PRIMEVAL BREWING

Free Range Discussions are conversations that wade into spiritual topics with curiosity and listening. Free Range simply means we don’t place an expectation on who is joining us. You can be Christian, Buddhist, gay, straight, Republican, Democrat, left-handed, right-handed, bald, mullet-wearing, or whatever to come to hear and join the discussion. You just can’t be a jerk.

The discussion is led by Bill Kenley and Patrick Propst monthly from 5:00-6:30pm, roughly.

Bill is a lifelong Noblesville resident who teaches at the high school. One class in particular is Bible Literature. Patrick is the pastor of Faith Community and met Bill as the Cross Country coach. Patrick and Bill have had some great casual conversations about the Bible, faith, the church, and their role and influence in our society and culture.

Come have a beer or don't and join Parick and Bill and others as they talk through a variety of topics. These discussions are light-hearted, insightful, and encouraging in one way or another.

NDC Community Conversations

Community Conversations is a collaborative effort to encourage more civil conversation in our personal and community lives. They are a simple way to come together for rich and meaningful conversations in hopes of making Noblesville a more welcoming and inclusive community.

Discussions are held from 6:30-8:00pm as you connect with 5-7 community members through a series of thought-provoking questions on various topics. Here's the schedule:

We require a minimum of 5 registered persons 3 days before the scheduled conversation or we hold the right to cancel.

Local Artist Spotlight

The heart of the Local Artist Spotlight is the quarterly art exhibition featured in our 1823 Room,  a welcoming space within The Gathering House. We proudly sponsor a local artist's work for an entire quarter, providing them with a dedicated and prominent platform to display their creations. This exhibition allows our community members and visitors to experience the richness of local artistry up close.

As part of the Local Artist Spotlight, we extend an invitation to the featured artists to host a special evening art show during their exhibition quarter. The Gathering House is committed to providing the resources and support needed to make this event a success. Our team will assist in planning and hosting the art show, ensuring that it's a memorable occasion for both the artist and the community.
